About the Role

At SSOE, Inc., we're committed to delivering exceptional engineering services to our clients. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll play a key role in leading our team of engineers and designers in the design of state-of-the-art industrial and manufacturing facilities for leading companies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large engineering assignments, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality control.
  • Develop and execute engineering projects, leveraging specialized knowledge and skills in electrical engineering.
  • Maintain liaison with internal and external stakeholders, providing technical expertise and guidance.
  • Supervise and review the work of a team of engineers and designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Participate in client contact and business development activities, preparing contract proposals and presenting to clients.
  • Meet with clients to define project scope, present project progress, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Make informed decisions on major project items, including materials, equipment, and field construction.
  • Maintain professional development, adhering to registered states' requirements.
  • Travel as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and full professional registration required.
  • At least 10 years of related practical experience.
  • Experience in lieu of professional license may be approved in select disciplines at the discretion of SSOE, Inc.
  • Salary Range: $125,000-150,000/year, depending on location, education, experience, and certifications.
  • Valid driver's license required; may be waived for international assignments.
