Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate strategies to enhance operational efficiency, elevate patient satisfaction, and increase profitability within the practice.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to ensure departmental objectives align with the overarching goals of the organization.
  • Manage the clinic's environment, ensuring it is well-stocked and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Work closely with Human Resources to recruit, train, and assess staff, ensuring optimal staffing levels at all times.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service skills by addressing patient inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Assist in the management of staff schedules, vacation requests, and time clock approvals.
  • Monitor budgetary compliance and adjust overhead expenditures as necessary.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between Physicians, Administrators, and the Patient Care team, providing updates on financial performance, staffing, and other vital business metrics.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in business management and administrative roles within the medical sector, ideally in Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin is advantageous.
  • Background in sales and customer service is essential.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
