Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead for Advanced RF Systems Development to join our team. This position will be responsible for leading technical teams through the hardware systems development lifecycle from system requirements definition through to delivery. The successful candidate will have a strong background in RF systems and their principles of design, development, requirements verification, test planning, test execution, and data analysis.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical teams in the development of advanced RF systems
  • Collaborate with program/portfolio managers to manage schedule and budget
  • Deliver technical briefings to internal and external stakeholders
  • Foster customer relationships and identify technical solutions that address their mission requirements
Requirements:
  • Experience in technical leadership and successful delivery of advanced development projects
  • Strong understanding of RF systems and their principles of design, development, requirements verification, test planning, test execution, and data analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, often under tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance
  • Demonstrated experience in radar systems, electronic warfare, microwave engineering, analog and digital signal processing, embedded software development, physics modeling and simulation
