Position Overview:

As a Financial Analyst at MillerCoors Brewing Company, you will play a vital role within the Global Business Services (GBS) team. Your contributions will support various functions across the organization, including but not limited to month-end close processes, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize accounting principles and internal control knowledge to deliver accurate and timely financial insights.
  • Apply financial analysis techniques to provide actionable advice to business unit partners, driving positive business outcomes.
  • Assess and prioritize tasks and projects, effectively communicating key issues to management.
  • Gather information from stakeholders to evaluate business processes, systematically analyzing alternatives and making informed recommendations.
  • Participate in various projects, serving as a subject matter expert and project manager for statutory and regulatory audits.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in accounting or financial analysis. You should have a solid understanding of GAAP and internal controls, coupled with strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial software, preferably SAP.
