Key Responsibilities- Facilitate the preparation and evaluation of annual operating and capital budgets for corporate departments.
- Generate monthly financial reports for assigned areas.
- Examine monthly financial outcomes to identify trends and variances.
- Support cost center managers in maintaining alignment with forecasts and plans.
- Assist budget managers in comprehending their financial results and addressing finance/accounting inquiries.
- Collaborate with the RTR team on month-end journal entries.
- Aid in resolving disputes regarding intercompany charges for corporate functions.
- Develop presentations for management review.
- Innovate and enhance processes as needed in a dynamic environment.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- A highly motivated individual with a strong ability to adapt to evolving environments.
- Proficient analytical skills and research capabilities.
- Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing both short-term and long-term objectives.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or analysis within a large multinational organization.
- Fundamental understanding of intercompany accounting principles.
- A collaborative team player with outstanding communication skills.
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with SAP/OneStream is preferred.
- Exhibits professionalism and emotional intelligence.
