Under the guidance of the Director of Financial Operations and in close collaboration with the Corporate Function Business Partner, the Senior Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in financial analysis, planning, and delivering exceptional customer service within the Corporate Function Finance domain.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and evaluation of annual operating and capital budgets for Corporate functions.
- Generate monthly financial reports for assigned areas of responsibility.
- Examine monthly financial outcomes to identify trends and variances.
- Assist cost center managers in maintaining alignment with budgetary plans and forecasts.
- Facilitate understanding of financial results for budget owners and address finance/accounting inquiries.
- Collaborate with the RTR team on month-end journal entries.
- Aid in resolving disputes related to intercompany charges for Corporate functions.
- Prepare presentations for management teams.
- Develop and implement new processes and enhancements in a dynamic environment.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Highly motivated individual with adaptability to evolving circumstances.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing both short-term and long-term objectives.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or analysis within a large multinational organization.
- Basic understanding of intercompany accounting principles.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication abilities.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with SAP/OneStream is advantageous.
- Exhibits professionalism and emotional intelligence.
