We are seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst to join our team in a flexible work environment. This role is ideal for a meticulous, responsible, and detail-oriented professional eager to grow within a well-established organization.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Corporate Finance Analyst will evaluate historical financial data to forecast future trends, assisting the Company in shaping its financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

ANALYTICAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Conducts insightful cost and profitability analyses to drive business decisions.
  • Collaborates in creating financial models, engages in cross-departmental project teams, and performs analyses to support strategic objectives.
  • Implements sensitivity analyses, evaluates rate versus mix, and conducts correlation assessments.
FORECASTING & REPORTING:
  • Facilitates the month-end financial closing process, which includes preparing estimates, recording journal entries, generating month-end reports, and performing account reconciliations.
  • Assists in financial planning activities, including budget preparation and forecasting.
  • Oversees the maintenance of departmental databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP & SUPPORT:
  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information, exercising sound judgment in the disclosure of company-related information.
  • Participates in the annual financial audit process, providing necessary information to external auditors.
  • Undertakes additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Ability to effectively communicate key messages through presentations.
  • Familiarity with algebra and capability to apply basic statistical analysis; adept at developing reporting templates and models.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to substantiate findings and recommendations.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Exhibits a professional demeanor and diplomatic approach.
