The Corporate Development Analyst will undertake a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct thorough due diligence for potential acquisition opportunities, which includes financial evaluations, market analysis, internal reporting, and collaboration with external consultants as needed.
  • Work alongside the Corporate Development team to develop detailed operational and valuation models that facilitate acquisition evaluations.
  • Assist in formulating and implementing the M&A strategy, which involves identifying target sectors, establishing an acquisition pipeline, and participating in business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Development to monitor and assess the financial outcomes of acquired entities against initial forecasts, providing ongoing support for integration activities as necessary.
  • Create and manage a dashboard to track and analyze the financial performance of significant competitors.
  • Engage in various ad hoc projects as required.

The ideal candidate for the Corporate Development Analyst position will have:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in investment analysis.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
