Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior AI Solutions Architect to spearhead the advancement of Generative AI technologies within our Enterprise Operations team, a vital part of Mastercard's Technology division. The ideal candidate will possess a fervent interest in Generative AI, Data Security, and Data Privacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Mastercard's initiatives in Generative AI technology within the GenAI & Modern Messaging team.
- Provide advanced support for Generative AI technologies to end users, focusing on technology adoption, change management, and internal communications.
- Collaborate directly with vendor product groups and third-party contractors.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- A comprehensive understanding of Generative AI and LLM technologies.
- The ability to develop and document practical use cases.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating technical challenges and solutions clearly and concisely.
- Exceptional writing and speaking abilities.
- Extensive experience with M365 Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Viva Platform Administration.
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform Administration.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Administration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure Open AI Administration.
- Advanced expertise in data security, particularly concerning Generative AI.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and PowerBI is advantageous.
