JMC Aviation is collaborating with a prominent entity in the aviation sector, seeking skilled Structures Technicians for a temporary to permanent opportunity.

  • Troubleshooting, repairing, inspecting, and maintaining customer aircraft.
  • Removing and installing aircraft components as necessary.
  • Fabricating and modifying structural alterations on aircraft parts.
  • Executing minor structural repairs on composite components, whether attached or detached.
  • Assisting in the hidden damage inspection of aircraft structures.
  • Supporting complex structural repairs both on and off the aircraft.
  • Assisting with the repair of aircraft components.

Ideal candidates should possess:

  • Typically, 0-2 years of experience in structural sheet metal repair or modification, or equivalent experience.
  • Completion of a sheet metal A/C Technician program or equivalent education.
  • The ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings.
  • A Certification, A & P Certificate, or Repairman Certificate (Commercial Only).
  • A personal set of basic hand tools and the capability to demonstrate inventory and control of tools.
  • The ability to obtain necessary Ground Support Equipment Qualifications as required.
