Job Title: Pagosa Personal Banker

At First Southwest Bank, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships, and driving deposit growth and consumer loan sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to all customers, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and goals.
  • Drive deposit growth and consumer loan sales through proactive sales and marketing efforts.
  • Manage customer portfolios and services, ensuring accurate and timely account maintenance.
  • Participate in cross-selling referral programs to meet and exceed sales goals.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of banking experience, with a strong focus on customer service and sales.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Pleasant disposition and positive image of the bank.

Required to talk and hear; frequently required to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls. Ability to stand and sit, reaching with hands and arms; kneeling, crouching. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
