Job Description

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our Retail Banking organization in Western Springs, IL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring and expanding share of wallet for mass affluent client segment and Business Banking opportunities under 1MM in sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactive lead generation and appointments conducted inside and outside of branch to deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
  • Manage and grow Business Banking relationships under 1MM in sales revenue, leveraging experience and acquired knowledge of bank products and services to position appropriately and grow share of wallet.
  • Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch as a COI, working across a broad range of ecosystem partners to identify the resource or team of resources best equipped to meet customer needs.
  • Deliver customer well-being through tailored solutions aligned with customer needs, solving customer problems courteously and with urgency, and escalating where necessary.
Requirements:
  • University/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.
  • Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
