Job Summary:

As a Universal Banker at InBank, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and financial solutions to our clients. This role requires a strong emphasis on building relationships, identifying customer needs, and recommending relevant banking products and services. You will work closely with customers to understand their financial goals and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with day-to-day banking needs, including transactions, account openings, and loan applications.
  • Provide financial education and guidance to customers to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Identify and cross-sell banking products and services to customers based on their needs.
  • Work closely with customers to resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Meet or exceed sales and referral goals, as well as individual and branch targets.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1+ years experience in sales, customer service, or banking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
