Role Responsibilities:

  • Schedule patient appointments through various communication channels
  • Verify insurance and patient information accurately
  • Contact patients to remind them of appointments and assist with rescheduling
  • Check in patients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
  • Identify and address coverage or self-pay issues
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and team members
  • Input patient data and scan required documents into the scheduling system
  • Manage daily patient and claim edits
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed

Qualifications:

  1. Must be at least 18 years old.
  2. Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
  3. Proficient in computer applications with at least one year of relevant experience.
  4. Preferred experience in a clinical registration setting.
  5. Basic understanding of medical terminology is advantageous.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Commitment to adhering to all organizational policies.
  8. Reliable and consistent attendance is essential.
  9. Willingness to perform additional duties as required.
