  • Financial Management: Oversee resident billing, manage accounts payable, and ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
  • Administrative Oversight: Supervise front desk staff, manage community onboarding activities, and maintain team member personnel files.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Generate bi-weekly payroll and manage employee benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Participate in the weekend Leader on Duty rotation and provide guidance and support to front desk staff.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure deficiency-free state surveys and maintain accurate records of team member and resident files.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree in business or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in office administration, preferably in a property management or senior living setting.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, attention to detail, strong financial acumen, and solid problem-solving skills.
