As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospice location, ensuring the highest level of quality care and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and oversight to our interdisciplinary team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve our goals.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Staff Supervision and Development: Supervise and evaluate the performance of our staff, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care.
  • Financial Management: Manage our location's budget and resources, ensuring effective use of financial resources to achieve our goals.
  • Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with our community partners, healthcare providers, and patients' families to promote our services and support.
Requirements
  • Education: Registered Nurse with a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing, Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum one year management/supervisory experience, two or more years' experience in hospice/home care required.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Current license to practice nursing in the state of employment, CPR certification, and valid driver's license.
