At Applied Palliative and Hospice Services, Inc., we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice Music Therapist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Hospice Music Therapist will provide music therapy services to patients under the direction of the Clinical Director, focusing on alleviating symptoms of anxiety, depression, isolation, and pain.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement music therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and therapy sessions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current MT-BC certification from the Certification Board for Music Therapists.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
