Industrial Sales Development Representative

This position is responsible for opening new accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers in the Industrial Manufacturing Market.
We are an ESOP Company that offers a competitive salary and commission-based structure, along with expenses. The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $60,000 to $80,000, depending on experience and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generates new leads and develops new accounts in the Industrial Manufacturing Market.
- Educates potential customers on our products and services, and how they can benefit their operations.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing customers, demonstrating new product offerings to increase customer retention.
- Identifies new areas of growth within existing accounts.
- Collaborates with internal team members to ensure timely delivery of products and resolves any customer issues or concerns.
- Prepares reports and forecasts on sales activity and provides updates to management.
