Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Manager to join our team at a non-profit community clinic in Providence, RI. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience and a Master's degree in a Human Services related field.

The successful candidate will be assigned to one of our established Programs, including early intervention, adolescent only, adult only, families, substance use programs, trauma/abuse programs, mobile clinics, foster care, and residential women homes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing leadership and supervision to clinical staff
  • Developing and implementing program plans and policies
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals
