The Clinical Manager is a key member of the Patient Care Services Department at Charter Care Health Partners, responsible for supporting and promoting the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a resource to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to provide continuous quality care.
- Develop and implement clinical standards to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Provide quality improvement activities and devise innovative and cost-effective approaches to clinical practice and healthcare delivery systems.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to promote a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Graduate of an approved nursing program.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Two to four years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting.
- Previous management experience preferred.
- Computer skills and experience with the Microsoft Office package.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and tact in creating a favorable image.
- Commitment to customer relations.
- Ability to create a work environment that encourages open communication and positive employee relations.
- Active RI Registered Nurse Licensure.
- Sound dexterity and visual acuity.
- Mental alertness and stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and reach without restrictions.
- Ability to lift between 25 and 50 pounds using good body mechanics.
