Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Accounting Specialist to join our team at EasyCare Recruiting. As a key member of our accounting department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Receivable and Payable Management: Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the departments, ensuring that proper transactions are recorded in compliance with accounting processes.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and other financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Service and Communication: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Assist in the development and implementation of financial plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, identifying and mitigating potential risks to the organization.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures, as well as excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Software and Systems: Proficient in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero, and other relevant systems and tools.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
