Responsibilities and Requirements

The primary role of our service advisors is to act as a bridge between the service team and customers. They collaborate closely with technicians to assess required repairs and communicate pricing and rationale to customers. This involves identifying customer needs and overseeing all facets of the repair or maintenance process from initiation to completion.

  • Exhibit a positive and proactive attitude daily
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals via phone or electronic means
  • Maintain a professional appearance and hygiene
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the automotive industry and service/repair processes; ability to listen and identify customer needs while explaining manufacturer or warranty protocols
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers from the moment of vehicle drop-off until service completion, providing timely updates on repair status and detailed explanations of additional services needed
  • Deliver accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for labor and parts
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills to keep vehicle repair information current
  • Commit to excellence and uphold high standards
  • Act with integrity and adhere to company values
  • Follow company policies and procedures, supporting team objectives and respecting diversity
  • Manage challenging customer situations effectively; respond promptly to customer needs and solicit feedback to enhance service
