About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Consultant to join our team at Zillow Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service through efficient and effective communication.
  • Offer guidance and best practices to customers via multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Utilize interpersonal skills to achieve excellent customer satisfaction results and maintain a customer-centric approach.
  • Assist customers with product usability questions, proactively identifying needs and providing first contact resolution.
  • Accurately document customer interactions using our Customer Relationship Management software.
  • Develop expertise in dotloop's product, features, and functionality to promote the benefits of being a dotloop user.
  • Champion the voice of the customer by providing feedback to our product team.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service or communications role.
  • Proven track record of working independently to complete high volumes of customer cases.
  • Proficient use of web-based products, MS Office, and SalesForce (or similar CRM system).
  • Basic real estate knowledge is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
  • Reliable and consistent internet provider with no interruptions during work hours.
  • Remote work experience is a plus.
