About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Behavioral Aide to join our team at Health Connect America, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals facing developmental disabilities, substance abuse issues, and emotional or behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct care services, providing behavioral guidance and support to individuals in our programs.
  • Enhance functional, daily, and community living skills through personalized care and targeted interventions.
  • Collaborate with treatment teams to develop and implement behavioral treatment plans.
  • Establish therapeutic relationships with individuals receiving services, ensuring effective guidance, support, and service delivery.
  • Ensure client safety and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, child development, or a related field (requirements vary by state).
  • Experience working with children and youth in a mental health environment (requirements vary by state).
  • CPR/FA, NCI certification, BBP training, or completion within a mandated timeframe.
  • Valid driver's license, car registration, and vehicle insurance (if providing transportation).
