Job Description and Duties

The Staff Services Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Office of Statewide Clinical Services (OSCS) by performing a wide range of analytical and administrative tasks. This position requires a high level of independence, initiative, and creativity to handle various assignments and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming inquiries and review documents associated with facility program plans
  • Maintain data logs and trackers to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Provide specialized administrative tasks related to program scheduling and time keeping
  • Act as a liaison for OSCS, interacting with various stakeholders, including the public, providers, and other departments
Requirements:
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks, including content analysis, creating and editing technical correspondence, and working with multiple software applications
  • Proficiency in using a computer, office equipment, and various software applications, including databases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals
