We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Event Manager to join our team at LaBelle Winery. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embodies our Core Values at all times
  • Maintains the LaBelle standard by ensuring the building and storage areas are organized and visually appealing
  • Facilitates monthly inventory of small ware, displays, linen, and other essential items
  • Ensures the entire team is knowledgeable about guest interactions, food presentations, and operations
  • Provides efficient training on bar, POS, and backend operations
  • Coordinates events efficiently, ensuring timely execution and guest satisfaction
  • Schedules and oversees staff for events, ensuring a productive atmosphere and efficient food and beverage service
  • Collaborates with the LaBelle team to maintain a productive atmosphere and efficient food and beverage service
  • Assists managers and familiarizes all menu items
  • Confirms sufficient inventory of linens, florals, centerpieces, audio/visual requirements, and other essential items
  • Ensures timely take-down of events and completion of closing procedures
  • Attends all required events, including LaBelle Lights shifts
  • Supports FOH as needed
  • Manages communication with the BOH team relative to event execution
  • Ensures events comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Communicates with vendors and suppliers before, during, and after events for a smooth operation
  • Ensures events are carried out successfully
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree; Hospitality Management preferred
  • Event management experience
  • Ability to maintain stress and composure at all times
  • Strong communication skills required
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 35lbs
  • Ability to walk/stand for extended periods
  • Ability to climb stairs, ladders
  • Ability to work in a food/wine environment
