Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Specialist to join our team at Walser Automotive Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling vehicles to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget.
    • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive buying experience.
  • Product Knowledge and Training
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our vehicle inventory and features.
    • Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the overall success of the dealership.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless sales processes.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
    • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
