Overview:

The esteemed Auro Hotels is in search of dedicated Room Attendants to join our exceptional team at our property. The primary objective of the Room Attendant is to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Adhere to established cleaning protocols to maintain superior cleanliness in guest accommodations.
  2. Support team members by assisting with tasks as needed.
  3. Utilize cleaning supplies and equipment effectively and safely.
  4. Ensure proper placement of guest amenities, including toiletries and informational materials.
  5. Complete special projects or tasks as assigned by management.
  6. Understand and implement the hotel's emergency procedures and safety guidelines.
  7. Manage linens by sorting, counting, and transporting them as required.
  8. Prepare beds with fresh linens and dust surfaces to maintain a pristine environment.
  9. Restock supplies such as glasses and writing materials.
  10. Rearrange furniture and perform maintenance tasks as necessary.
  11. Dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness in common areas.
  12. Restock bathroom supplies and ensure cleanliness of restroom facilities.
  13. Perform cleaning duties in lobbies, lounges, and other public spaces as requested.
  14. Maintain cleanliness of carpets, upholstery, and draperies.
  15. Wash walls, windows, and other surfaces to uphold hotel standards.
  16. Ensure linen rooms are stocked and organized.
  17. Maintain outdoor areas by sweeping patios and removing cobwebs.

Compensation: This is a flexible pay role with compensation up to $12.00 per hour for part-time status (average 30 hours per week).

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience as a Room Attendant with a recognized hotel brand is preferred. A High School Diploma is desirable.
