Dental Director

Terry Reilly Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Director to lead our dental program. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to our dental services, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and assistants, to deliver exceptional patient care and services.
- Develop and implement dental program goals and objectives, aligned with Terry Reilly's mission and strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of dental services with other health services, including medical and behavioral health.
- Oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Manage budgets, resources, and personnel to ensure efficient and effective delivery of dental services.
- Represent Terry Reilly in community and professional events, promoting our dental program and services.
- Graduate from an accredited dental school with a D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree.
- Licensed dentist to provide care in the State of Idaho.
- 5 years' prior experience as a direct or indirect supervisor of employees, including recruitment, selection, and evaluation of such employees.
- Some prior experience managing business-related budgets.
- Better than average understanding of dental public health issues.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong working knowledge of computer software systems, including EHR and Microsoft suite.
- Prior experience directly supervising other dentists.
- Prior work experience in a public health setting.
- Prior work experience in a community health center.
