Senior Director of Revenue Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Revenue Operations to join our team in Nashville, TN. This is a direct hire opportunity with a competitive salary of up to $155,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the overhaul of the Salesforce environment to optimize customer engagement and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive growth and improve customer journey optimization.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer relations, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and cross-functional alignment.
  • Manage and develop a team of professionals to support the implementation of Salesforce, Databricks, and SQL Server.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Salesforce, Databricks, and SQL Server.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead without being hands-on with development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Deep understanding of customer journey optimization and process improvement.
