Revenue Cycle Management Director

Virtual is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager/Director of Revenue Cycle Management to join our team. As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating the overall billing and coding functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the billing, collections, and claims process to ensure timely and accurate payment.
- Develop and implement effective provider data management strategies to improve revenue cycle efficiency.
- Track and analyze AR productivity and manage coding and billing staff to optimize performance.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions to resolve issues.
- Determine appropriate codes after reviewing medical information and communicate effectively with stakeholders to improve coding and collections.
- Complete audits of medical records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related healthcare field.
- 3-5 years of applicable experience in revenue cycle management.
- Value-based care experience is required.
- Expertise in working with large databases and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with multiple teams.
