Full Service Partnership Clinician

SCHARP California is seeking a qualified Full Service Partnership Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide high-quality mental health services to adults with mental illness and/or substance abuse issues in a collaborative and supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in a relevant field (MFT, MSW, or clinical psychology) and be licensed or waivered to practice in California. You will have at least one to two years of experience providing services to adults with mental health needs, including those with co-occurring disorders.
A strong background in evidenced-based practices, recovery-oriented models of treatment, and motivational interviewing is essential. Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in Spanish, are also required.
We offer competitive salaries, ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per annum, based on experience.
