Corporate Partnership Sales Executive

We are seeking a seasoned sales executive to lead our corporate partnership sales efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of the sports marketing landscape, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sports marketing and sales, with a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDFs. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships, negotiating deals, and delivering results-driven solutions to clients.
This is a full-time position based in Brentwood, CA, with occasional local and regional travel. The company offers a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid vacation, and a 401(k) plan.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve annual revenue goals by securing new partnerships
- Demonstrate best-practices to achieve exceptional results
- Develop professional relationships with Athletic Department and University team members to ideate and pitch strategic marketing platforms
- Negotiate and close sponsorship deals
- Maintain detailed CRM records of sales activity and sponsor communication
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in sports marketing and sales
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDFs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
