Position Overview:
This is a senior-level field role requiring a candidate with extensive expertise in the commercial construction sector, adept at managing personnel and expectations while ensuring a safe and productive job site.

Key Responsibilities:
In collaboration with our Project Manager and Project Coordinator, you will oversee the daily operations of construction activities at the site. Your duties will include supervising and scheduling subcontractors, coordinating with suppliers, managing deliveries, and facilitating inspections.

This role involves travel, with project durations typically ranging from 10 to 14 months. We recognize the various factors that influence our "Return Home" policies and strive to maintain a fair balance between your needs, the project's requirements, and our business objectives.

Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial construction superintendent.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proficient in interpreting plans, specifications, contracts, safety regulations, and maintenance instructions.
- Familiarity with ProCore, Bluebeam, iAuditor, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to deliver high-quality results safely, within budget, and on schedule.
- Valid driver's license is required.

$75,000 - $120,000 annually
