Join Westgate Resorts as a Business Development Consultant and take your career to new heights. As an OPC (Off Property Consultant), you will be the frontline for our marketing team, promoting our resorts throughout central Florida.
Job OverviewWe offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes:
- An estimated salary of $45,000 per year, with opportunities to earn up to $70,000 or more based on performance and sales goals.
As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting Westgate Resorts by offering discounted theme park and attraction tickets to visitors and guests. Your primary goal will be to increase resort tour sign-up rates, ticket sales, and resort room bookings while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Persuade potential clients to visit Westgate Resorts by highlighting the benefits of our packages and promotions.
- Engage with guests and clients to facilitate the auditing process and pre-qualify candidates for resort tours.
- Provide 5-Star customer service to guests and clients, ensuring a positive experience and increasing resort tour sign-up rates, ticket sales, and resort room bookings.
- Utilize a consultative approach when offering various discounted ticket sales and resort room bookings to optimize guest experiences and maximize personal commissions.
- Maintain a professional appearance and work environment at all times, ensuring a clean and clutter-free workstation.
- Stay up-to-date on ticket prices and special promotions to provide the best possible deals to our guests.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to handle cash and tickets accurately and securely.
