Job Summary

The Road Home is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to lead our Supportive Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, the Supportive Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efforts of a dedicated team of Case Managers who provide individualized support to guests at our Resource Center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage a diverse team of approximately 7 Case Managers, ensuring they provide high-quality, trauma-informed care in a low-barrier emergency shelter setting.
  • Program Development: Review and develop new programs to meet the evolving needs of our guests, identifying and sharing community resources to support their success.
  • Strategic Direction: Collaborate with our leadership team to enhance services, observe emerging trends, and proactively engage in problem-solving and programmatic change.
  • Best Practices: Ensure the implementation and adherence to Housing First, Harm Reduction, Trauma-Informed Care, and Low Barrier Shelter best practices.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of direct supervisory experience.
  • Case Management, Crisis Services, Social Services, or lived experience with diverse populations required.
  • Knowledge of homeless resources, social services, and program management preferred.
