Human Resources Director

The Vice President of Human Resources is a key member of the leadership team at Mmshrm, responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business results. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in talent management, employee engagement, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives
- Lead the HR team in providing exceptional service to employees, managers, and executives
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time-off programs
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational change initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in talent management and benefits administration
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
