Job Overview:
The Nighttime Public Area Maintenance Attendant is tasked with upholding the cleanliness and organization of communal spaces and guest accommodations as required. This role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests during their stay. The position operates primarily from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling, particularly on weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, providing directions, and offering recommendations.
- Maintain the cleanliness of lobby restrooms through mopping, dusting, and restocking supplies.
- Efficiently collect and dispose of hotel waste and recyclables.
- Provide towels, toiletries, and other necessities to guest rooms as needed.
- Ensure public areas are vacuumed and well-maintained.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Applicants must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation. The Concourse Hotel maintains a drug-free environment.
