- Maintain cleanliness and organization in banquet spaces, public areas, and storage.
- Adhere to established protocols for setting, serving, and clearing tables.

- Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues to management as necessary.
- Ensure cleanliness and manage inventory across restaurant, public, kitchen, and storage areas.
Position Requirements:
- Availability to work weekends, early mornings, and/or evening shifts.
- Capability to respond appropriately to guest requests.
- Proficiency in using a point of sale system for data entry.
- Effective communication skills in English, both spoken and written, to follow instructions from management and interact with guests.
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is preferred.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Skill in managing multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
