The Retirement Housing Foundation is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Building Maintenance Attendant. This role is essential in ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of all shared spaces within the facility, including entryways, corridors, communal areas, laundry facilities, and restrooms.
- Prepare unoccupied units for incoming residents, ensuring they meet our high standards of cleanliness and readiness.
- Support special projects as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
- Perform outdoor maintenance tasks, which may include mowing lawns, clearing snow, applying salt, weeding, watering plants, and general landscaping duties.
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Position Details: This is a full-time position with a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
