About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Advocate to join our team at CVS Health. As a Healthcare Advocate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our members, ensuring their healthcare needs are met with compassion and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support to members, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Work closely with our clinical teams to ensure members receive the best possible care and support.
  • Utilize our proprietary systems to efficiently manage member interactions and resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, understanding their unique needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with members and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing demands.
