Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Family Medicine department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing care to patients, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
  • Use the nursing process to determine priorities of patient care based on essential patient needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document and communicate accurate and timely information regarding patient conditions.
  • Prepare and room patients for exams, obtain vital signs, and update pertinent health information.
  • Perform laboratory procedures, assist with procedures and surgeries, and administer medications under physician orders.
  • Assess and provide basic to complex patient education and counseling on health promotion and preventive aspects of care.
  • Follow through with necessary procedure or test requests, prescription refills, new appointment times, and referrals to other facilities or services.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the team member practices.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) within 6 months.
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
