To deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a culture of excellence within the Epwin Group Branch.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and retrieve stock items for customers in a timely and efficient manner.
* Load and deliver products in a professional and timely way, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Foster and maintain excellent relationships with customers, providing a high level of service and support.
* Maintain accurate records of sales and deliveries, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
* Monitor and control stock levels, reporting to the Branch Manager when replenishment is required.
* Ensure the branch vehicle is well-maintained, checking and reporting any concerns to the relevant authorities.
* Complete banking and cash handling tasks daily, adhering to company procedures and protocols.
Accountabilities:
* Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring accountability and follow-up.
* Provide cover for the Branch Manager in their absence, ensuring continuity of service.
* Support the Branch Manager in ensuring staff meet or exceed activity standards and the branch is adequately staffed.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans, supporting business growth.
Key Experiences and Skills:
* Proven experience working in a trade environment, with a focus on customer service.
* Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
* Experience handling cash and managing financial transactions.
* Possession of a full driving license.
