Job Title: Senior Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our team at Skanska. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Program Executive on various public and private assignments, acting as the Owner's Agent, and providing project leadership, communication, coordination, and conflict resolution to ensure project goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from initiation through completion of construction, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement strategies and action plans to deliver multiple projects on a single campus.
  • Provide expert guidance on project management best practices, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of construction management principles, including MEP and underground utilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, and other industry-standard tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent, with 5+ years of industry experience.
