Hospice Care Nurse Specialist

A compassionate and skilled Hospice Care Nurse Specialist is needed to provide personalized care to patients in their own homes. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
Earn $65,000 - $85,000 Per Year
Your expertise in nursing, combined with your strong organizational skills and ability to work independently, makes you an ideal candidate for this role. You will administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as required, while accurately documenting doctor's orders and client care management services.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-call availability for after-hours and weekend support
- Follow designated care plans tailored to each patient's specific needs
- Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as required
- Accurately document doctor's orders and client care management services
Required Qualifications:
- Active Practical/Vocational Nursing License in the intended state
- Minimum 1-year nursing experience preferred, with a focus on Home Health or Hospice care
- Current CPR certification and strong organizational skills essential
- Proof of auto insurance, Covid vaccine, medical exemption, or religious exemption required
