Our team is passionate about delivering personalized care that addresses the unique needs of each patient. We empower our nurses to take the time to understand the patient's story, helping us determine what they really need to feel comfortable, safe, and healthy in their own home.

As an LVN with Magnolia Hospice, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing on-call care after hours and on weekends
  • Following a designated care plan tailored to the patient's needs
  • Performing assigned duties, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures
  • Executing and documenting doctors' orders accurately
  • Documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations related to client care management and services provided

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A current Practical/Vocational Nursing License in the state where you intend to work
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in Home Health or Hospice settings
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proof of current auto insurance and COVID-19 vaccination status

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, mileage reimbursement, and more.
