Lead Engineer for Electronic Control Systems

As a key contributor to our engineering team, the Electronic Systems Engineer will oversee the development and integration of sophisticated electronic systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical leadership in the area of engine controls and complex systems, facilitating collaboration across various teams and suppliers.
2. Guide projects from inception through certification, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
3. Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant technical discipline or 15 years of broad engineering experience across multiple disciplines.
- Advanced degrees may be considered for experience credit.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience with FAA/EASA part 25 certification processes, particularly in engine controls or similar complex systems.
- Familiarity with ARP4754A and DO-178B/C standards is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
