Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at K2 Staffing. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in the management of construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience working on industrial construction projects. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and reviewing submittals
  • Writing and tracking RFIs and processing or assisting in change orders
  • Preparing and maintaining meeting agendas and minutes
  • Maintaining construction drawings and providing marketing assistance as required
  • Assisting the Project Manager and Superintendent with subcontract and schedule administration

You will also be responsible for ensuring that the project site and construction activities are properly documented, and for monitoring and enforcing safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
