Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Scheduler to join our team at K2 Staffing, LLC.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience in commercial construction and possess strong organizational skills, with proficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and Primavera 6. Knowledge of reviewing and comprehending contract documents is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project schedules using CPM scheduling software, such as Primavera 6, to track and plan projects efficiently.
  • Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to gather input and update schedule progress and forecasting.
  • Facilitate schedule alternatives and construction practices to support project changes.
  • Generate detailed CPM scheduling information to provide data for weekly workplans or short interval scheduling.
  • Manage resource and cost-loaded schedules with minimal oversight from a lead scheduler.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred.
  • One (1) to seven (7) years of general commercial construction experience required.
  • Proficient in Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and Primavera 6.
  • Knowledge of reviewing and comprehending contract documents.
