About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including progress updates, budgets, and schedules.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, risk management strategies, and quality control procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with a major contractor or construction company.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
